Brewer's Yeast

Brewer's yeast is made from a fungus called Saccharomyces cerevisiae typically used to make beer. Honest to Goodness Brewer's Yeast is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, selenium, protein and chromium. It naturally contains probiotics, which helps promote gut health and aids digestion.

Brewer's yeast has a slightly bitter and nutty taste, a flavour similar to Vegemite!

Many mothers use brewer’s yeast to make 'lactation cookies' – helping breast feeding mothers naturally produce more milk. Brewer's yeast has a slightly bitter and nutty taste and a similar smell and flavour to vegemite.
