All of our online orders are shipped with Australia Post (AusPost). Australia Post is the quickest safest and reliable courier.

Australia Post picks up from our store Monday-Saturday. And they deliver Monday-Saturday.
This means we offer same day dispatch 6 days a week. If you place your order before 11am, you will receive same day shipping. If your order is placed after 11am, it will be sent out by 12pm the following day - Dispatch on orders placed over the weekend may vary.

Your order is hand picked by our wonderful staff and will be packaged with great care. We take pride in our online orders. All packaging products used are completely compostable, or at worst, they are recyclable.
Other retailers often use plastic sticky tape, bubble wrap and other products which completely defeat the purpose of zero waste shopping.
When you shop online with Pantree, you can know for sure you are completely shopping waste free.

You will receive tracking information via email immediately once your order is completed and ready to be sent with AusPost. You can elect to add your mobile number if you would like tracking updates via text.

Almost all orders which are for the East Coast of Australia will be delivered within 3 days. Any shipping delays are due to the courier, not us, but AusPost and tracking have been very reliable with our experience. For Central and Western Australia, shipping times can be up to 5 days. All orders are packed fresh and sent from our Sydney Whole food Store.

Shipping prices are calculated by Weight & Size. The heavier the parcel becomes, the more it costs to be send. The best way to shop economically is to think about the weights of your items. In the checkout page, your shipping will be calculated exactly for you before you confirm anything. So go back and add/remove items to make the shipping suit the best options for you. 

Our checkout is integrated with the AUS Post system plus we have a discount rate applied. Postage is calculated by weight, and how far your goods have to travel. 


For a guide, postage costs are calculated by-
500g and under

Between 500g - 1kg
Between 1kg-3kg

Between 3kg-5kg

Then increases in increments of 1kg


For an example - If your order is 1.1kg total weight. The shipping costs the same if you were to increase your order to 3kg. So think about getting the best value from Aus Post shipping rates
