Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping costs All orders are sent with Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Processing time Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after [2pm AEST] are processed the next business day.

Delivery times Once dispatched, Australia Post delivery usually takes:

  • Metro areas: [2–5] business days
  • Regional and remote areas: [4–10] business days

These are estimates, and delays can happen during busy periods or bad weather.

Tracking You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders We pack everything with care, including our jars and bottles. If your order arrives damaged, has an item missing, or is lost in transit, please contact us within [7] days of delivery at sales@pantreewholefoods.com.au with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we'll make it right.

Chocolate Shipping – Warm Weather During periods of high heat, chocolate products can soften or melt in transit. Pantree Wholefoods takes all reasonable precautions when packing chocolate, but shipping conditions, carrier handling and delivery times are beyond our control.

By ordering chocolate products, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pantree Wholefoods does not guarantee the original condition of chocolate on arrival during warm weather.
  • Pantree Wholefoods is not liable for melting, softening or heat-related damage that happens in transit.
  • Customers who order chocolate during hot weather do so at their own risk.

Address errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
