This flour is made by milling whole organic brown rice into a fine flour. It is protein and fibre rich, as well as naturally free from gluten. Organic Brown Rice Flour is more nutritious, darker in colour and slightly stronger in flavour than most commercially available rice flour which is made from white rice.
