Organic coriander is also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley. It is made from ground dried coriander seeds, retaining a delicious, mildly citrus flavour but warmer, nutty notes than the fresh leaves. It is a great addition to a range of dishes including curries, tagines, or stirred through fresh guacamole.
